Bicerin MoCo LoCo

1.5 oz.  Coconut Rum (or Malibu)
1  oz. Bicerin Di  Giandujotto
1. oz Kahlua of coffee liqueur
3 oz. cream or half and half
1 sprinkle nutmeg
Add cream, Bicerin and  rum to a cocktail shaker
Shake with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with a cherry  and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
